Return Period for UK Physical Number

Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt of their parcel to decide to process a return for UK Physical Number services. If 7 days have passed since you received your parcel, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return of the UK Physical Number, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Not as described or different from the item shown. Customers cannot return the item if it is the same as shown in the product description and images.

Non-Returnable Services

We offer a return on UK Physical Number services. All other services, such as UK Virtual Address, UK Company Formation, VAT Number Application, Confirmation Statement Filing, and Company Name Change Service, are not eligible for return as they are not physical products. Customers can check our refund policy if they have subscribed to these other services and wish to cancel.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a UK Physical Number, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@goldenoffices.pk within 7 days of receiving your parcel to request a return.
2. Provide Information: Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation or photos if applicable.
3. Receive Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and an authorization number.
4. Return the Parcel: Ship the item back to us according to the instructions provided. Ensure that the return authorization number is clearly marked on the package.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@goldenoffices.pk for assistance.
